About KASSEM

A dignified, transparent record of Kano South graduates and the support they receive.

Kano South Association of Post Secondary School Unemployed (KASSEM) is a public service platform that registers post-secondary school graduates across the 16 local government areas of Kano South, connects them to opportunities, and records the support they receive.

KASSEM was created with a simple conviction: a graduate should not be invisible. By maintaining a verified, searchable directory, the association gives every graduate a name in the record and gives partners a clear way to find the skills they need.

Our objectives

  • Address post-secondary unemployment through direct support and partnerships.
  • Create a verified database of graduates across all 171 wards.
  • Connect graduates to jobs, grants, scholarships, and practical training.
  • Track impact transparently, so every placement and grant is visible.
  • Build a lasting network of graduates, coordinators, employers, and institutions.
KIB
